Terms of Service

AnyPartsHub ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by ALL IN ONE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC and runs a lead-generation marketplace at anypartshub.com (the "Service") that connects buyers looking for vehicle parts and components with verified third-party sellers. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AnyPartsHub is a lead platform, not a retailer. We do not sell parts, hold inventory, process payments between buyers and sellers, or guarantee the outcome of any transaction. All purchases and payments occur directly between buyers and sellers, outside of this platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under applicable law to use the Service. By using AnyPartsHub you represent that you meet these requirements.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@anypartshub.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our discretion.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, spam, or test part requests intended to generate false leads;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from AnyPartsHub;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service;
• Impersonate another person or business;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Share another user's personal data obtained through the platform with third parties;
• Contact buyers or sellers obtained through AnyPartsHub for purposes unrelated to the specific part request.

By submitting content (part request descriptions, photos, messages, seller responses), you grant AnyPartsHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and use that content to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Photos uploaded to part requests are stored on Cloudflare R2 and are accessible to matched sellers. We may delete uploaded photos after a request expires.

The AnyPartsHub name, logo, design, and software are owned by AnyPartsHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.

The Service integrates third-party providers including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Google OAuth (authentication). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. AnyPartsHub is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

ANYPARTSHUB MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF SELLER LISTINGS, LEAD DELIVERY, OR PART AVAILABILITY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY BUYER OR SELLER USING THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANYPARTSHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANYPARTSHUB IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyPartsHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) any transaction between you and another user, or (d) any content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP infringement or misuse of confidential information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–13 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
