Your Privacy Choices

Overview
AnyPartsHub is committed to transparency about how we handle your personal information. This page explains how your data is used, what we share and why, and how to exercise your privacy rights under US state laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
What We Share and Why
The core function of AnyPartsHub is connecting buyers with verified sellers. When you submit a parts request, we share the following information with sellers who match your request:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- ZIP code
- Vehicle details (type, make, model, year)
- Part descriptions and photos (if provided)
This sharing is the essential purpose of the Service, without it, sellers cannot respond to your request. We share your information only with sellers who are verified, active, and whose service area, vehicle specialization, and parts categories match your request.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the CPRA, "sharing" includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. AnyPartsHub uses advertising and analytics technologies (the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity) to measure and improve our marketing. Through the Meta tools we may share limited identifiers, such as a hashed version of your email or phone number, with Meta to measure ad performance. Under California law this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can opt out of this sharing at any time. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or extension and we honor it automatically, stopping our third-party analytics and advertising tools for your session (see the GPC section below). You can also contact us using the details below and we will suppress advertising tracking for your account.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. The separate sharing of your contact details with matched sellers (described above) is a service-delivery disclosure: it is what you request when you submit a parts request, and is not "selling" or behavioral-advertising "sharing." If you do not want your information shared with sellers, do not submit a parts request. You can browse the site, view seller profiles, and read public pages without providing any personal information.
Your Rights by State
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Right to Know / Access, request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories of data, sources, and purposes.
- Right to Correction, request that we correct inaccurate personal information. Most profile fields can be updated directly in your account settings.
- Right to Deletion, request deletion of your personal information. You can initiate this from your account settings or by contacting us. Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations.
- Right to Portability, request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing, you can opt out of our use of advertising tools that share data with Meta. Turn on Global Privacy Control and we honor it automatically, or contact us to opt out.
- Right to Non-Discrimination, we will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any privacy right.
These rights apply to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
AnyPartsHub recognizes the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing your personal information for advertising and automatically suppress our third-party analytics and advertising tools (Meta, including its server-side events, plus Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) for your session. No further action is needed on your part.
