Your Privacy Choices

Effective date: May 13, 2026

Overview

AnyPartsHub is committed to transparency about how we handle your personal information. This page explains how your data is used, what we share and why, and how to exercise your privacy rights under US state laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What We Share and Why

The core function of AnyPartsHub is connecting buyers with verified sellers. When you submit a parts request, we share the following information with sellers who match your request:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • ZIP code
  • Vehicle details (type, make, model, year)
  • Part descriptions and photos (if provided)

This sharing is the essential purpose of the Service — without it, sellers cannot respond to your request. We share your information only with sellers who are verified, active, and whose service area, vehicle specialization, and parts categories match your request.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the CPRA, "sharing" includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. AnyPartsHub does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising and does not share your personal information for that purpose.

The sharing described above (delivering your contact details to matched sellers) is a service-delivery disclosure — it is what you are requesting when you submit a parts request — and is not considered "selling" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA.

If you do not wish your information to be shared with sellers, do not submit a parts request. You may browse the site, view seller profiles, and read public pages without providing any personal information.

Your Rights by State

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Right to Know / Access — request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories of data, sources, and purposes.
  • Right to Correction — request that we correct inaccurate personal information. Most profile fields can be updated directly in your account settings.
  • Right to Deletion — request deletion of your personal information. You can initiate this from your account settings or by contacting us. Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations.
  • Right to Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing — as described above, AnyPartsHub does not sell or share personal information for advertising. No opt-out action is required for this purpose.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any privacy right.

These rights apply to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

AnyPartsHub recognizes the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes. Since we do not engage in such activities, no further action is needed on your part.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise your privacy rights in the following ways:

  • Delete your account — go to Account Settings and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, requests, and personal data.
  • Email request — send your request to privacy@anypartshub.com. Include your name, email address on file, and a description of your request.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we will notify you. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling any request.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written authorization and may verify your identity directly.
